01 Initiation
During the first phase, our PMO visits the site to identify requirements and confirm the scope of work with the client. This also provides an opportunity to update the scope if new requirements arise.
02 Planning
Our PMO provides active support during the multi-step planning process, including building a resource calendar, distributing documentation to the right people and tracking any changes to the budget or scope of work.
03 Execution
Once the project is in progress, the PMO is responsible for several tasks including validating material orders, managing quality assurance and overseeing the calendar to ensure resources have everything they need to complete their work on time and budget.
04 Closeout
During project closeout, the PMO evaluates the project against the scope, budget, timelines and client requirements. This assessment is not only important for client satisfaction, it helps us identify learning opportunities so we can continue to improve our project management processes.
