Fire Safety Plan Boxes

HAVE A QUESTION?

Fire Department approved Fire Safety Plan Boxes are required for all buildings that have a fire safety plan to ensure firefighters have quick and easy access to the building’s important information. These boxes are weather resistant, include highly visible reflective lettering and graphics, include key tags, mounting screws/wall anchors and either (2) padlocks or (2) keys depending on locking system required. NOTE: Boxes being installed in the City of Toronto require Padlocks (AA65) (see Toronto Fire Services Fire Safety Plan ByLaw link below), Boxes being installed in the Region of Peel requires Keys for Peel Region (AA12). Check with your local Fire Department for locking system requirements.
