Description
BEA’s LZR®-FLATSCAN 3D SW is a LASER-based Time-of-Flight presence sensor for swing doors. The four curtains create a three dimensional detection pattern covering the door’s entire pathway, benefiting daily users in healthcare, education, and commercial settings. The deep detection pattern reduces sudden door movements preventing contact with the user. Also, lessening the door’s wear and tear. Additional safety features include Leading Edge Safety and Finger Detection Technology™. Coverage of the hinge area and the leading edge is increased, avoiding any risk of contact. Completely touchless. Utilize Virtual Push Buttons in addition to a knowing act device. Convenient in settings that rely on hygienic solutions, like surgical environments. The LZR-FLATSCAN 3D SW is capable of exceeding the 156.10 section 8.2.2.3 standard for detection area and meets section 8.1.4 for monitoring.
